March 16,2005 <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher,seconded by Council <br /> Member Olson to amend the motion adding that a construction <br /> mitigation plan be submitted to the City Council with the application <br /> that will be submitted In July,2005 for the Institutional Overlay Zone. <br /> Council Member Olson suggested a Mendly amendment stating that prior <br /> to each new phase of construction,there be a constmchon mitigation plan <br /> that is appropriate for that pedicular phase of the construction. <br /> Roll was called on the amendment with all council members voting yes <br /> except Council Members Krell and Gipson who voted no. • <br /> Motion carded. <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher to amend the motion by <br /> requesting a review of the traffic calming measures that would help <br /> alleviate through traffic on Oakes and Lombard. <br /> Motion died for lack of second. <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher,seconded by Council <br /> Member Olson to amend the motion stating that there will be no <br /> further homes lost to hospital expansion beyond the Master Plan <br /> This reinforces the desire to have iong-term expansion <br /> occurring north and northeast and not further expansion east of <br /> Oakes Avenue. <br /> Roll was called on the amendment with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 71 <br />
