r <br /> March 23,2005 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Hetice who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION-ZLAB REZONE <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher,seconded by Council <br /> Member Olson to adopt Resolution No. 5602 approving a <br /> amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Map from Multiple Family <br /> (1.7)with an allowed density range of 30 to 50 dwelling units per acre <br /> to Multiple Family(1.8)with unlimited density and a rezone from R-4 <br /> to R.5 Multiple Family,on a property located east of Rockefeller <br /> Avenue between 28.Street and a point north of Everett Avenue.(The <br /> Ziab Rezone.) <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher,seconded by Council <br /> Member Nielsen to amend the resolution to reflect that the Rucker <br /> Grand Historical Overlay Zone standards would apply to the new R-S <br /> designation. <br /> Roll was celled on the amendment with all council members voting yes <br /> except Council Member Hattie who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher,seconded by Council <br /> Member Olson to amend the resolution to add a condition that the <br /> applicant will provide Underground/half underground parking as <br /> shown on the drawing submitted to the city council. <br /> Roll was called on the amendment with all council members voting yes <br /> except Council Member Halloo who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 86 <br />
