March 23,2005 <br /> AGREEMENT—AMBULANCE TRANSPORT BILLING SERVICES <br /> Moved by Council Member Hatloe,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement for ambulance <br /> transport billing services between the City of Everett and Systems <br /> Design Northwest,Inc. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> GRANT—SMOKE DETECTORS <br /> Moved by Council Member Overstreet,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Mayor to sign the necessary documents to <br /> accept a grant with Washington State Department of Health and the <br /> Everett Fire Department to provide smoke detectors to Everett senior <br /> citizens at no cast to the City of Everett. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS—COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENTS <br /> AND REZQNES <br /> President Krell explained that there will be six separate pubic hearings <br /> regarding comprehensive planamendments and reThe city <br /> council has been provided with iten materials regarding the various <br /> amendments and rezones for their review prior to today's meeting.She <br /> then explained the procedure that will be followed during each public <br /> hearing.She slated that the hearings need to be fair in fact as well as <br /> appearance.She asked if any of the council members had any conflict of <br /> interest with any of the matters. <br /> 79 <br />
