April 6.2005 <br /> JOB COMPLETE—POLICE HEADQUARTERS/SECOND FLOOR <br /> ALTERATIONS <br /> To accept the Police Headquarters/Second Floor Alterations project <br /> as complete, allowing the Mayor to sign the Certificate of <br /> Completion,which will start the 60day retention period prior to the <br /> release of retainage to Ferrell-Penning,Inc.in the amount of <br /> $13,872.23. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Gipson and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion cabled. <br /> AGREEMENT-LAW ENFORCEMENT ACCREDITATION <br /> Moved by Council Member Ratioe,seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to authorize the Mayor to sign the Accreditation/Recognition <br /> Program for Law Enforcement Accreditation/Recognition Agreement <br /> between the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement <br /> Agencies(C.A.L.E.A.)and the City of Everett. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Gipson and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 2005 PUBLIC WORKS TRUST FUND LOAN <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to authorize the Mayor to sign the Year 2005 Public Works <br /> Trust Fund Construction Loan Contract for the Everett Water <br /> Pollution Control Facility Improvements. <br /> 100 <br />
