April 6,2005 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Gipson and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING-VACATION <br /> President Krell opened a public hearing regarding a proposed vacation of <br /> the east/west alley lying adjacent to Lots 23 through 28,Block 632,Rat of <br /> Everett Division T. The vacation is located south of Everett Avenue, <br /> north of California Street,east of Rainier Avenue,and west of Virginia <br /> Avenue. <br /> Moved by Council Member Overstreet,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Gipson and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> VACATION—EAST/WEST ALLEY <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Hatloe to approve the vacation of all of that portion of the eastlwest <br /> alley lying adjacent to Lots 23 through 20,Block 632,Plat of Everett <br /> Division"1"and direct staff to prepare an ordinance subject to the <br /> conditions as contained in the staff report dated April 5,2005. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Gipson and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion canted. <br /> 101 <br />
