April 27,2005 <br /> Mayor Stephenson stated that this years legislative session ended on <br /> Sunday. He thanked Doug Levy and Pat McClain for their work with the <br /> legislature,and the City's Itgislative group;Council Members Olson, <br /> Nielsen and Overstreet for their guidance. He remarked that over <br /> $50,000,000 in capital will be coming to the community through the <br /> transportation budget and to develop a plan to bring a four-year college to <br /> the Everett area. <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Olson commented on Reid Shockey's remarks regarding <br /> Paine Field. He stated that the executive director of Paine Field has a <br /> presentation available for viewing upon request regarding the <br /> technological developments In jet engines. <br /> Council Member Hatloe thanked the VISION Team for their hard work. <br /> 9FSOLUTION—FORGOTTEN CREEK <br /> President Krell introduced a proposed resolution in support of the <br /> Forgotten Creek Enhancement protect. <br /> Moved by Council Men'rer Krell,seconded by Council Member <br /> Halloo to adopt Resolution No.5613 in support of the Forgotten <br /> Creek Enhancement project. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Gipson and Overstreet who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Bob Jackson,717-33'0 Street,Project Chairman,accepted the resolution. <br /> 115 <br />
