June 29,2005 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> AGREEMENT—ULTRA LOW SULFUR DIESEL FUEL <br /> Moved by Council Member Hat loe,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal agreement <br /> between the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency and the City of Everett <br /> related to the use of ultra low sulfur diesel fuel. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—OLIVER MCMILLAN LLC <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Mayor to sign on behalf of the City of Everett <br /> the exclusive negotiating agreement by and between the City of <br /> Everett and Oliver McMillan LLC regarding the Riverfront Properties. <br /> Jackie Minchew,5607 S 2n°Avenue,disclosed that he has filed to wn for <br /> a city council position.He caked questions regarding recreatbnal use on <br /> the property,what extent green technologies will be included in the <br /> development and will the property be sold or is there a possibility of a long <br /> term lease? He indicated that a long term lease was his preference as <br /> the property is an asset to the city due to the waterfront. <br /> Deputy City Attorney Soine responded to those questions.He indicated <br /> that the ultimate character of the project has not yet been fully <br /> determined;lawaver,it will be a mixed-use development. The hao,tat <br /> study is being completed.Passive recreational uses will be incorporated <br /> into the project Green technologies will be addressed in the future.It is <br /> contemplated that there will be a sale of the property;however,a long <br /> 194 <br />
