July 20,2005 <br /> Council Member Nielsen resumed to the Council Chambers. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—COUNCIL BILL NO.0506-31 <br /> President Krell opened a public hearing regarding Council Bill No.0506- <br /> 31,a proposed ordinance amending the Comprehensive Plan from Single <br /> Family(1.2)to Multiple Family(1.6)and rezone from R-2(Single Family) <br /> to R-3(Multiple Family)of the property located at the comer of Pecks <br /> Drive and Cady Road,the Frauenholtz Rezone. <br /> Dave Koenig, Planning,gave a brief description of the proposed <br /> amendment and rezone. <br /> President Krell invited public comment. <br /> Kurhs Jolley,707 Pecks Drive;Clyde Emilson,6109 Cady Road;Lori <br /> Hughes,614 Dexter Avenue;Chris Sessum,729 Pecks Drive#2;Alan <br /> Pohl,136 Magnolia Avenue;spoke In opposition to the proposed <br /> ordinance and urged the Coy Council to deny the rezone. <br /> Dave Gardner,project developer,gave a brief rebuttal on behalf of the <br /> applicant. <br /> Brian Frauenholtz,607 View Ridge Drive,applicant,requested that the <br /> City Council approve the rezone. <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion cabled. <br />• <br />• <br /> 231 <br />
