He explained that the north portion of the <br /> Legowik property is zoned R-1,while the majority of the property is zoned <br /> B-2,and that the Comprehensive Plan designation for the properties <br /> located at 4325 and 4331 Terrace Drive is Single Family.He stated that <br /> the Planning Commission's recommendation is to amend the <br /> Comprehensive Plan designation for the subject area from Single Family <br /> 232 <br />
