He suggested that If this is something that the <br /> Council is interested in.k be addressed as a separate ordinance outside <br /> the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> Council Member Nielsen questioned whether this could be brought back <br /> as an agenda item at some future time.President Krell stated that they <br /> could. <br /> Council Member Nielsen withdrew his amendment and Council Member <br /> Overstreet withdrew his second. <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher,seconded by Council <br /> Member Nielsen to amend the motion by replacing verbiage In the <br /> first paragraph,third sentence on page 37(Exhibit 1,Tab 6,Capital <br /> Facilities)as follows:A 1992 decision to abandon the Everee Center <br /> project had the additional impact of"limiting"the ability to expand <br /> the library..to the south"and to add verbiage to the last line of Table <br /> 5,Historical Public Facilities Projects,Notes,page 36,to read"ability <br /> to expand Main Library'to the south'appears to be gone." <br /> Roll was called on the amendment with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The City Clerk was directed to call the roll for the final disposition of the <br /> ordinance as amended. <br /> AYES: Krell,Olson,Halloo,Gipson,Nielsen,Stonecipher, <br /> Overstreet <br /> NAYS: None <br /> Ordinance No.2855-05 adopted. <br /> 240 <br />
