July 27.2005 <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles requested an executive session regarding a personnel <br /> matter and a litigation matter. The sessionis <br /> expected to last <br /> approximately one hour and fifteen iutes with no anticipated <br /> announcement to follow. <br /> HOUSEKEEPING MATTER <br /> City Attorney Iles explained that it had come to his attention that the City <br /> Council had failed to vote on the Legowik ordinance at the July 20,2005 <br /> Council meeting. He remarked that there was a vote taken on Council <br /> Member Krell's amendment but not on the ordinance as amended. <br /> Council Members Olson and Nielsen stated that they believed that <br /> Council Member Krell's motion was Intended to be for the ordinance not <br /> as an amendment. <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to continue this item for one week. <br /> Roll was <br /> called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> MemberOverstreet who was excused. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> CONSENT ITEMS <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielson to approve the following consent items: <br /> RESOLUTION-CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No.5651 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br /> $1,231,043.29 for the period July 9,2005 through July 15,2005. <br /> 243 <br />
