Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Stephenson and Council Members Krell, Olson, Gipson, Nielsen, <br /> Stonecipher,and Overstreet were present.Council Member Heti.was <br /> excused. <br /> Council Member Overstreet led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the August 3,2005 City Council meeting were approved <br /> as pnntetl. Council Members Gipson and Nielsen abstained from the <br /> vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> PROCLAMATION <br /> Mayor Stephenson proclaimed August 13,2005 as"National Marina Day." <br /> He presented the proclamation to Don Hopkins,Port Commissioner,and <br /> Kim Buike,Marna Director. <br /> VISITORS <br /> Mayor Stephenson recognized Brian Sullivan and Mary Helen Roberts, <br /> State Representatives,21^District,for their support of this community <br /> and their District. <br /> COUN IL <br /> PRESENTATION—LIBRARY OUTREACH SERVICES <br /> Mark Nesse,Library Director,introduced members of the Library staff who <br /> are nvoNed with the Library's outreach program.
