October25,2005 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 8:30 <br /> m..October 26,2005,in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,President Krell presiding. Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Stephanion;Council Members Krell,Olson,Hatton,Nielsen,Stonecipher <br /> and Overstreet were present.COUI.cii Member Gipson was excused. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the October 19,2005 City Council were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Nielsen stated that he,along with Council Members <br /> Olson and Overstreet,attended the opening of the Snohomish County <br /> Museum's exhibit from the Smithsonian. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles requested an executive session regarding three real <br /> estate matters and one litigation matter.The session is expected to last <br /> approximately one hour with no anticipated announcement to follow. <br /> CONSENT ITEMS <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to approve the following consent agenda items: <br /> RESOLUTION-CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No.5890 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br /> $4,165,134.99 for the period of October 8,2005 through October 14, <br /> 2005. <br /> lob <br />
