He also remarked that the Everett Event Center honored its <br />• <br /> one-mIlliontit visitor during the Everett Silvertips game on Saturday <br /> evening. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Mark Christenson,11313 19"N.E.,Scathe,spoke regarding the courts. <br /> Robert Heavey,1126 Grand,signed up to speak regarding the North <br /> Marina Redevelopment project.City Attorney Iles advised him that this is <br /> a quasi-judicial matter and that the City Council will not be taking pubiic <br /> testimony until the public hearing on November 16,2005. <br /> Mr.Heavey stated that this is an infringement on his right to bring <br /> something to the record and wanted it noted in the public record. <br /> CONSENT ITEMS <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to approve the following consent items: <br /> RESOLUTION—CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No.5693 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br /> $1,617,222.11 for the period of October 15,2005 through October 21, <br /> 2005. <br /> 363 <br />
