November 23,2005 <br />• <br /> AYES: Krell,Olson,Hatloe,Gipson,Nielsen,Stonecipher, <br /> Overstreet <br /> NAYS: None <br /> Ordinance No.2879.95 adopted. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.0511-61 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE relating to For-Hire Vehicles,amending <br /> Section 30,19,40 and 13 of Ordinance No.2297.98(Chapter <br /> 5.68 agcy. <br /> 'Reflects inclusion of updated materials. <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher that this is declared to be the third and final reading of <br /> Council Bill No.0511-61 as amended. <br /> Council Member Olson gave a brief background of the proposed <br /> ordinance and recommended approval. <br /> Susy Haugen,Budget and Finance,discussed several housekeeping <br /> changes that were made to the version of the ordinance that was <br /> submitted for first and second reading. <br /> Moved by Council Member Overstreet to amend the motion to <br /> include the proper wording that would allow this document to be <br /> effective Initially es soon as applicable,and then following that, <br /> begin the annual August 1 sequence. <br /> Motion died for lack of second. <br /> The City Clerk was directed to call the roll for the final disposition of the <br /> ordinance. <br /> 395 <br />
