February 15,2006 <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—COMPREHENSIVE SEWER PLAN <br /> Moved by Council Member Settee,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Meyer to sign Amendment No.3 to the <br /> professional services agreement with CH2M Hill,Inc.to extend Ore <br /> completion date of the contract from December 30,2005 to <br /> December 31,2007 to allow for the completion of the Comprehensive <br /> Sewer Plan project. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—SANITARY SEWER FORCE MAIN <br /> This Item,to authorize the Mayor to sign a local participating agency <br /> agreement(GCA 4785)with the Washington State Department of <br /> Transportation in the amount of$417,315.32 for the relocation of a 30- <br /> Inch sanitary sewer force main and construction of a 36-inch sanitary <br /> sewer force main in 36.Street near 15,was pulled from the agenda. <br /> RESOLUTION—SOUND TRANSIT PHASE TWO PROGRAM <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to adopt Resolution No.5733 in support of the current list <br /> of Snohomish Subarea candidate projects for inclusion in a potential <br /> Sound Transit Phase Two Program. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 39 <br />
