February 15,2006 <br /> RESOLUTION-CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No.5732 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br /> $2,130,502.18 for the period of January 28,2006 through February 3, <br /> 2006. <br /> JOB COMPLETE—REPAIR OF CROSS TOWN PIPE LINItQ <br /> To accept the Repair of Cross Town Pipe Lining project as complete <br /> and authorize the Mayor to sign a certificate of completion which will <br /> begin the 60 day retention period prior to the release of the retainage <br /> bond to the general contractor,J.Fletcher Creamer and Son,Inc. <br /> Roll was celled with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—PANTHER CREEK SCREEN <br /> HOUSE/PHASE 2 <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.3 to the <br /> professional services agreement with BergerlABAM Engineers In an <br /> amount of$67,188.00 to provide additional engineering services for <br /> the design and rehabilitation of the Panther Creek Screen House, <br /> Phase 2,project. <br /> Roll w called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion canted. <br /> 38 <br />
