June 28,2006 <br /> Council Member Halloe mentioned that the Everett Symphony recently <br /> performed at Carnegie Hall and congratulations to them. <br /> Council Member Olson stated that he attended the grand opening of a <br /> new branch of Horizon Bank which is always good news fora community. <br /> He explained that it has been a month of transition for the Everett Public <br /> Facilities District. Three key employees will be leaving the PFD. The <br /> State Auditors have finished their audit of the PFD with a result of no <br /> findings or management letter Items. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Johnston requested an cutive session regarding a <br /> litigation matter to last fifteen minutes with no announcement. <br /> CONSENT ITEMS <br />• <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to approve the following consent Items: <br /> RESOLUTION-CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No.5781 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br /> $1,852,554.00 for the period June 10,2006 through June 16,2006. <br /> RESOLUTION—PAYROLL <br /> To adopt Resolution No.5782 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount <br /> of$2,823,817.46 for the period ending June 10,2006. <br /> 182 <br />
