July 26.2006 <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—COUNCIL BILL NO.0607-29 <br /> Council President Stonecipher opened a public hearing regarding Council <br /> Bill No.0607-29,a proposed ordinance approving an amendment to the <br /> Comprehensive Plan map for a site located east of 19"Avenue SE and <br /> south of 1160 Street SE,the Clark-Fountain Place Rezone. <br /> Bob Larson,Planning,gave a brief overview of the proposed amendment <br /> President Stonecipher Invited public comment.There was no response. <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Hadoe to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.0607-29 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving an amendment to the <br /> Comprehensive Plan Map (Ordinance No. 2021-94, as <br /> amended)from Ofp(4.3)to Mixed Use Commercial Multi <br /> Family(4.4)and amending Section 2.020 or Ordinance No. <br /> 1671-09,as amended(EMC 19.02.020),with a rezone from B- <br /> 213(Office)to B-2(Community Business)with a second rezone <br /> from R-1(Single Family)to B-2(Office),on a site located east <br /> of 19.Avenue SE and south of lir Street SE subject to <br /> conditions of a development agreement.The Clark—Fountain <br /> Place Rezone <br /> Moved by Council Member Ha0oe,seconded by Council Member Gipson <br /> that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill No. <br /> 229 <br />
