The Technology Committee needs to address <br /> content <br /> • Real estate holdinos strategic glen <br /> Carbon Gipson introduced Mike Pelados,Real Property, <br /> who had prepared a partial city property list booklet that <br /> included site descriptions, current use, zoning and <br /> ownership. <br /> Carlton Gipson talked about the Wall Street Building and <br /> possible options. Mayor Stephanson indicated he was <br /> interested in generating revenue so that it can be used to <br /> benefit citizens. <br /> • Transportation elan/conoestlon issues <br /> Dave Davis.Public Works,gave a presentation on how the <br /> city addresses and monitors traffic congestion problems.A <br /> handout was provided. <br /> Conclusion:No further action needed. <br /> • Waterfront to rivedront transit plan <br /> Tom Hingston,Transportation Services,tarred about a <br /> service and technology study that is being prepared by a <br /> sultan reganiing a tranapmtation system connecting the <br /> Harbodront and Riverfront developments with the downtown. <br /> A handout was provided. <br /> Conclusion: A presentation regarding the study will come <br /> before city council after the study is completed. <br /> • <br /> 237 <br />
