• <br />• <br /> February 14,2007 <br />• <br />• Procedures, Ordinance No. 2530-01, as amended (EMC <br /> 15.16.050 and EMC 15.16.080). <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson.seconded by Council Member Nielsen <br /> that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill No. <br /> 0701-05. <br /> President Stonecipher brought forth a concern that the existing accessory <br />• buildings(cosico-type/tent-carport)would be grandfathered in and not <br /> have to meet the new requirements. <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher,seconded by Council <br /> Member Olson to amend the proposed ordinance to reflect net such <br /> structures be brought up to code within 24 months. <br /> Allan Allier requested that the city council allow him with the help of the <br /> City Attorney to word smith Section 3,paragraph N,to reflect the city <br /> council's intention,that intention being that any structures that are referred <br /> to under Section 3,paragraph N,be made to comply with the code within <br /> two years of the passage of the ondinance. <br /> Council Member Roberts requested that copies of the final wording be <br /> given to the city council. <br /> Roll was called on the amendment with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The City Clerk was directed to call the roll for the final disposition of the <br /> ordinance as amended. <br /> AYES: Robeds,Olson,Hatloe,Gipson,Nielsen,Stonecipher, <br /> Overstreet <br /> NAYS: None <br /> Ordinance No.2973-07 adopted. <br /> 53 <br />
