February 21,2007 <br /> AYES: Roberts.Olson,Hake,Nielsen,Stonecipher,Overstreet <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED:Gipson <br /> Ordinance No.2974-07 adopted. <br /> AGREEMENT—PERMISSION AND RELEASE/11315 E IBBERSON <br /> DRIVE <br /> Moved by Council Member HatIoe,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to authorize the Mayor to sign an Everett Fire Department <br /> permission and release to practice structurally damaging evolutions <br /> within buildings to be demolished at 11315 E.Ibberson Drive. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION—SALE OF CERTAIN PROPERTYIRIVERFRONT <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Natioe to adopt Resolution No.5871 authorizing the sale of certain <br /> real property located along the Snohomish River between Rotary <br /> Park and Pacific Avenue(generally known as the Riverfront Property) <br /> pursuant to a property disposition agreement. <br /> Dave Davis,Public Works,stated that the proposed resolution authorizes <br /> the sale of the Riverfront property and authorizes the Mayor to sign a <br /> property disposition agreement It does not approve development of the <br /> Property. <br /> John Flowers,1821 Rainier Avenue;and Dave Mascarenas,517 Laurel <br /> Drive,spoke in support of the proposed development. <br /> 63 <br />
