March 28,2007 <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED-415r STREET OVERCROSSING <br /> Moved by Council Member Halloo,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to authorise the Mayor to sign Amendment No.17 to the <br /> professional services agreement with HDR Engineering,Inc. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> SPECIAL USE PERMIT-OUTFITTING AND GUIDING <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Gipson to authorize the Mayor to sign the United States Department <br /> of Agriculture Forest Service Special Use Permit for outfitting and <br /> guiding. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT-DOWNTOWN PLAZA PROJECT DESIGN PHASE ONE <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Hatloe to authorize the Mayor to sign a professional services <br /> agreement with Nakano Associates for Phase One design of the <br /> Downtown Plaza Project In an amount not to exceed$35,849.00. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher stated that as a member of the citizens <br /> committee that looked to establish open space downtown she was <br /> pleased to see this project moving forward. <br /> Council Member Robeds agreed with Council Member Stonecipher and <br /> explained that when that project was originally designed there was an <br /> intended open space area. <br /> 103 <br />
