.• <br /> March 28,2007 <br /> Council Member Overstreet asked when it is expected the report will be <br /> completed? <br /> Labia McMullin answered that it was requested to be finished in three <br /> months.The report will include a design that assumes that the Key Bank <br /> Building will stay and a design that assumes that the Key Bank Building <br /> will not stay,as well as costing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—20075 2012 EVERETT TRANSIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> PLAN and 2006 ANNUAL REPORT <br /> President Stonecipher opened a public hearing regarding the 2007 to <br /> 2012 Everett Transit Development Plan and 2006 Annual Report. <br /> Richard Tarry,Transportation Services,explained that each year Everett <br /> Transit is required by the Washington State Department of Transportation <br /> to provide a six year transportation development plan to the State by <br /> March 31.The main purpose of the transit development plan is to provide <br /> the WSDOT with future grant funding that may be required by Everett <br /> Transit over the next six years.The Transportation Advisory Committee <br /> recommended acceptance of this report at their March 22.meeting. <br /> Preside.Stonecipher asked for public comment.No one responded. <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 104 <br />
