July 25,2007 <br /> CHANGE ORDER AND JOB COMPLETE <br /> To accept the Biosolids and Backwash Solids Removal Project <br /> Phase 3 as complete and authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order <br /> No.9 and the Certificate of Completion which will begin the 60 day <br /> retention period prior to the release of retainage to Synagro West, <br /> LLC,in the amount of$38,551.05. <br />• <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—ASBESTOS SURVEY/ABATEMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to authorize the Mayor to sign the professional services <br /> agreement with ALKAI Consultants,LLC,for the Everett Police <br /> Headquarters and Municipal Courthouse Asbestos <br /> SurveylAbatement Project in the amount of$25,500.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—WALL STREET BUILDING REMODEL/5.AND 6'" <br /> FLOORS <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to authorize the Mayor to sign the professional services <br /> agreement with Dykeman for the Wall Street Building 5.and 6. <br /> Floors Remodel Project in the amount of$42,300.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 263 <br />
