September 19,2007 <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Gipson expressed concern that construction on the <br /> skateboard park planned for Wiggums Hollow Park has not been done. <br /> Council President Stonecipher stated that she would ask Paul Kaftanski, <br /> Park,to provide an update on the project at next week's council meeting. <br /> Council Members Roberts and Overstreet stated that they will not be able <br /> to attend next week's council meeting. <br /> Council Member Nielsen stated that he attended a Northwest <br /> Neighborhood picnic and remarked that the new playground equipment in <br /> the park was the subject of a very complimentary discussion. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Johnston requested an executive session regarding three <br /> real estate matter, The session is expected to last approximately 45 <br /> minutes with no anticipated announcement to follow. <br /> CONSENT ITEM <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to approve the following conseM item <br /> RESOLUTION—CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution Na.5939 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br /> $725,871.80 for the period of September 1,2007 through September <br /> 7,2007. <br /> 312 <br />
