She <br /> discussed the 2007 revenue update,2008 proposed budget balancing, <br /> 2008 revenue forecast,and the 2008 to 2012 strategic ou0ook. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Johnston requested an ecutive session <br /> sregarding a <br /> litigation matter. The session is expected to last alpproximately 15 <br /> minutes with no anticipated announcement to follow. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Annie Lyman,929 Hoyt.expressed concern regarding the proposed <br /> relocation ofa substance abuse clinic from Pacific Avenue to a property <br /> on Wetmore.She requested that an open forum be held to discuss the <br /> Issue. <br /> Council President Stonecipher requested that the council and Mayor be <br /> allowed to have an internal discussion regarding the issue before <br /> responding to her request. <br /> CONSENT ITEMS <br /> Moved by Council Member Overstreet,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to approve the following consent items: <br /> 316 <br />
