November 14.2007 <br /> President Stonecipher noted that Agenda Item Ne.6 regarding an <br /> amendment to a professional services agreement with Brown and <br /> Caldwell for the design and production of the Water Filtration Plant <br /> Operation and Maintenance Manual is pulled from today's agenda. <br /> RESOLUTION—SURPLUS VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Magee,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to adopt Resolution No.5962 declaring listed vehicles and <br /> equipment to be surplus and authorize sale ata public auction to be <br /> conducted by James G.Murphy,Auctioneers. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Gipson and Overstreet who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—STOP FORMULA GRANT PROGRAM FUNDS <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to authorize the Mayor to sign intergovernmental agreement <br /> No. F0731103-069 with the Washington State Department of <br /> Community,Trade and Economic Development 1"CTED")regarding <br /> utilization of FFY 2007 STOP Formula Grant Program funds. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Gipson and Overstreet who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES/EVENTS CENTER <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Hatloe to authorize the Mayor to sign a law enforcement services <br /> agreement with Global Spectrum,LLP,as agent for the Everett <br /> 380 <br />
