November 14,2007 <br /> Public Facilities District,regarding employment of law enforcement <br /> personnel at Comcast Arena at the Everett Events Center events. <br /> Council Member Olson asked for clarification as to how this might aged <br /> the budget Deputy Chief Burke answered that the officers will submit <br /> overtime slips.The Events Center will be invoiced for the overtime and <br /> the revenue will be placed back in the General Fund. <br /> DebraBant,Chief Financial Officer,explained that this is a net impact <br /> on the budget <br /> Rot was called with at council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Gipson and Overstreet who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.0710-70 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project <br /> entitled"Wiggums Hollow Skate Park",Fund 354,Program <br /> 023,to accumulate all costs for the improvement project and <br /> repealing Ordinance N.2798-04 <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member Nielsen <br /> that this is declared to be the third and Oral reading of Council Bill No. <br /> 0710-70 and the City Clerk Is directed to call the roll for the final <br /> disposition of the ordinance. <br /> AYES: Roberts,Olson,Native,Nielsen,Stonecipher <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: Gipson.Overstreet <br /> Ordinance No.3038-07 adopted. <br /> 381 <br />
