December S.2007 <br /> ACTION ITEM <br /> To authorize an Interlocal agreement between City of Everett(Everett <br /> Transit)and Snohomish County Public Transportation Benefit Area <br /> Corporation (Community Transit) regarding the cooperative <br /> provision of services. <br /> Moved by Everett City Council Member Olson,seconded by Everett <br /> City Council Member Overstreet to authorize the above Interlocal <br /> agreement. <br /> Moved by Community Transit Board Member Hikel,seconded by <br /> Community Transit Board Member Gossett to authorize the above <br /> interlocal agreement. <br /> Roll was called with all City of Everett Council Members voting yes. <br /> Roll was called with all Community Transit Board Members in attendance <br /> voting yes. <br /> Motions carried. <br /> The agreement was then signed by both agencies. <br /> City of Everett Council Members and Community Transit Board Members <br /> offered favorable comments regarding the interlocal agreement and new <br /> Joyce Olsen,on behalf of Community Transit,presented a rendering of <br /> the new bus tepid transit stations and vehicles to Mayor Stephenson and <br /> the City of Everett. <br /> 399 <br />
