These ordinances which become <br /> effective January 9,2008,require that SODA and SOAP orders set forth <br /> prohibited areas that have been established by resolution ata minimum of <br /> every two years that are supported by declarations Ind/or other swom <br /> testimony. <br /> Council Member Olson questioned if changing the prohibited areas would <br /> just move the activity.
