February 20.2008 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 <br /> p.m.,February 20.2008,in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,President Nielsen presiding.Upon roll cell It was found that Mayor <br /> Stephenson and Council Members Roberts,Olson,Ha0oe,Gipson, <br /> Nielsen,Stonecipher and Afiholter were present <br /> Council Member Afiholter led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the February 13,2008 City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed.Council Member Roberts abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephenson thanked Council President Nielsen for today's council <br /> retreat and the dialogue. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Members Stonecipher and Roberts echoed the Mayor's <br /> comments. <br /> Council Member Roberts reported on his attendance at the National <br /> Conference of Clean Air Agencies. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Johnston requested an executive session regarding a real <br /> estate matter.The session is expected to last approximately 30 minutes <br /> with no anticipated announcement to follow. <br /> CONSENT ITEMS <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Carlos to approve the following consent items: <br /> 46 <br />
