February 27,2008 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 8:30 <br /> a.m.,February 27,2008 in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hell.President Nielsen presiding.Upon roll cell It was found that Mayor <br /> Stephenson; Council Members Robeds, Olson, Gipson, Nielsen, <br /> Stonecipher and Affholter were present. Council Member Hatloe was <br /> excused. <br /> Council Member Roberts led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the February 20,2008 Everett City Council Retreat and <br /> February 20,2008 Everett City Council meeting were approved as printed. <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> Council Member Stonecipher requested that Agenda Item No.3,the <br /> approval of the closure of the alley behind 2923 Colby Avenue for a St. <br /> Patrick's Day event,be moved to action items. <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to approve the following consent Items: <br /> RESOLUTION-CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No.5992 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br /> $1,722,813.36 for the period February 9,2008 through February 15, <br /> 2008. <br /> BID CALL—SEWER SYSTEM CAPACITY IMPROVEMENTS"K°— <br /> PHASE 1 <br /> To authorize a call for bids for the construction of Sewer System <br /> Capacity Improvements"K"—Phase 1 Project. <br /> 52 <br />
