February 27,2008 <br /> AGREEMENT—DETOUR ROUTES <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Affhoiter to authorize the Mayor to sign the Local Agency Haul <br /> Road/Detour Agreement,HRD 1-0366,with WSDOT for detour routes <br /> while SR 528,in Marysville,Is under construction. <br /> Council Member Gipson voiced concern regarding the detour and its <br /> impact on City traf0c. <br /> Ryan Sass,indicated that the detour was due to a Department of <br /> Transportation project and is scheduled for up to eight evenings with <br /> minimum Impact to the City. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Hatloe who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—POLICE HEADQUARTERS FLOORING <br /> REPLACEMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.1 to <br /> extend the professional services agreement with Dykemen <br /> Architects, P.S.for the Everett Police Headquarters Flooring <br /> Replacement Project until December 31,2000. <br /> Roll wascalled with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> MemberHadoe who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 54 <br />
