April 23.2008 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AMENDMENT—W IGGUMS HOLLOW SKATEPARK <br /> Moved by Council Member Affholter,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.2 to the <br /> professional services agreement with Grindline Skateparks,Inc.for <br /> Wiggums Hollow Skatepark design and construction administration <br /> services for the amount of$3,200.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AMENDMENT—DOWNTOWN PLAZA <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.1 to the <br /> professional services agreement with Nakano Associates for design <br /> of the Downtown Plaza at the Everett Performing Arts Center. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher commented that she was pleased to see <br /> that the work will incorporate the art elements of the plaza into the design <br /> work. <br /> Council Member Gipson questioned if handicapped resirooms would be <br /> included in the scope of work.Paul Kattanski responded the downtown <br /> Plaza project is separate from the architectural work dealing with the <br /> interior renovation of the Key Bank Building.When the Key Bank Building <br /> is renovated It will meet current standards regarding ADA accessibility and <br /> accessibility to reatrcoms. <br /> 120 <br />
