April 23.2008 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION—PARKS ACTIVITY FEES <br /> Moved by Council Member ANholter,seconded by Council Member <br /> Hatloe to adopt Resolution No.6011 providing for the delegation of <br /> the establishment and modification of certain City of Everett Parks <br /> and Recreation Department recreational activity fees and suspending <br /> Resolution No.5911. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 2008 MUNICIPAL ARTS CAPITAL GRANT AWARDS • <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to concur <br /> with the recommendations of the Cultural Arts <br /> Commission and approve the 2008 Municipal Arts Capital Grant <br /> Awards in an amount not to exceed$20,000.00. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher disclosed that she Is on the Board of <br /> Directors for the Dance School which is one of the recipients and also she <br /> and her husband has guaranteed debt for the school. She reoused <br /> herself from the vote. <br /> Council Member Roberts also disclosed that he also signed the same <br /> agreement.He recused himself from the vote. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Stonecipher and Roberts who reduced themselves from the <br /> vote. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 121 <br />
