Brenda Rumball,2525 Broadway,spoke in opposition to the proposal. She voiced that beautiful buildings do come In high heights.This proposal will not encourage economic development in Everett. Michael Kohl,BAS Construction and Development Services,stated that if Is critical to maintain height to maintain density.Everett Is on the cusp of development and to reduce height will reduce development of the coy.
