Five planning commission meetings were held • <br /> where the core residential design standards were discussed including a <br /> detailed public survey. On May 21s!there will be a public hearing <br /> regarding the proposed ordinances adopting the standards and <br /> amendments. <br /> Mary Cunningham, Planning staff,gave a presentation specifically <br /> addressing the proposed core residential area development and design <br /> standards. <br /> President Nielsen requested public comment. <br /> Christopher Hoagland,2628 Grand Avenue,spoke in opposition to the <br /> proposed ordinances. <br /> Mike Westford,2628 Grand Avenue,spoke in opposlgon and stated that <br /> lowering height and unlimhed density is impossible. <br /> Michelle Westford,2828 Grand Avenue,opposed the proposed code and <br /> downaoning. <br /> 143 <br />
