October 15,2008 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Affholter who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION—SURPLUS/ALLEN BUICK PROPERTY <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to adopt Resolution No.6068 declaring as surplus the City <br /> owned real property located at the southeast corner of Colby Avenue <br /> and Wall Street commonly known as the Allen Buick property and <br /> authorizing the Mayor to execute Its sale to Touchstone Corporation <br /> per the property purchase agreement. <br /> Mike Palauos,Real Property,gave a brief history of the action and <br /> highlighted some of the key points in the purchase and sale agreement. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Afiholter who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.0809<7 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL RF,ADING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Section 3(B)of Chapter 4 of <br /> Ordinance No.2530.01,as amended,pertaining to the City's <br /> Local Project Review Procedures(EMC 15.113.080) <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher,seconded by Council Member <br /> Hatloe that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill <br /> No.0809-07 and the City Clerk is directed to call the roll for the final <br /> disposition of the ordinance. <br /> 342 <br />
