October 15,2008 <br /> $9,079,822.06 for the period of September 27,2008 through October <br /> 3,2008. <br /> STREET CLOSURE—ANNUAL BLOCK WATCH PARTY <br /> To approve the closure of various streets for the 21°Annual Puget <br /> Sound Festival of Bands on October 25,2008,8 a.m.to 10 p.m., <br /> sponsored by the Cascade High School Band Boosters with the <br /> condition that personnel be on site and prepared to accommodate <br /> emergency vehicle access In the event of an emergency. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Affholter who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—TRAFFIC SIGNAL MAINTENANCE/AIRPORT ROAD <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to authorize the Mayor to sign an Interlocal agreement with <br /> Snohomish County regarding traffic signal maintenance on Airport <br /> Road. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Aff holler who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—GATEWAY PLAN <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Hatloe to authorize the Mayor to sign a professional services <br /> agreement with Otak fora gateway plan in an amount not to exceed <br /> $75,000.00. <br /> 341 <br />
