December 3,2008 <br /> RESOLUTION—ARTSPACE PROJECT <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Affholter to adopt Resolution No.6089 concerning HOME and <br /> Housing Trust 2080 fund agreements for theArfspace project, <br /> amending Resolution No. 6003 and including the addition of <br /> paragraph 5 which was provided by City staff. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> — TRANSFER REGIONAL TRANSITT TP <br /> OC ARA TRANSIT <br /> INTERSYSTEM <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts to authorize the Mayor to sign the Regional Para Transit to <br /> Pam Transit Intersystem Transfer Policy agreement with <br /> King <br /> County Metro,Community Transit,Nilsen Transit,and <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PROPOSALS REJECTED—TOWING SERVICES <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Hatter to withdraw the authorization to negotiate with InterCounry <br /> Towing and reject as proposals regarding RFP 2007-013,and direct <br /> the Police Department to continue Imposing the Washington State <br /> Patrol rates for City initiated tows. <br /> Deputy Chief Lineberry,Police,stated that historically tow rates in Ne City <br /> of Everetthave been set by the individual opembrs.This resulted in the <br /> 007 <br />
