December 10,2008 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Affholter who was excused. <br /> Motion cared. <br /> RESOLUTION—ALLEY VACATION <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Gipson to adopt Resolution No.6093 accepting the petition for the <br /> proposed vacation of a portion of the alley lying north of Pacific <br /> Avenue between Hoyt and Colby Avenues and setting January 14, <br /> 2009,at 8:30 a.m.,in the Everett City Council Chambers as the public <br /> hearing date and time for said matter to be heard. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Affholter who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.0811-57 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving the appropriations of the 2008 <br /> revised city of Everett budget and amending Ordinance No. <br /> 3092,08 <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher seconded by Council Member <br /> Gipson that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill <br /> No.0811-57 and the City Clerk is directed to call the roll for the final <br /> disposirlon of the ordinance. <br /> AYES: Roberts,Olson,Hetloe,Gipson,Nielsen,Stonecipher <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: Aflholter <br />• Ordinance No.3107-08 adopted. <br /> 419 <br />
