January 27,2009 <br /> AGREEMENT-MUNICIPAL COURT RELOCATION <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Affholter to authorize the Mayor to sign a professional services <br /> agreement with the DLR Group for pre-design to relocatethe <br /> Municipal Court to the existing Police Headquarters in the amount of <br /> $45,100.00. <br /> Roll was <br /> celled with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> MemberRoberls who was excused. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> AGREEMENT-COUNCIL CHAMBERS RELOCATION <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Gipson to authorize the Mayor to sign a professional services <br /> agreement with Dykeman for pre-design to relocate the Everett City <br /> Council Chambers and portions of the Everett Police Department to <br /> the Wall Street Building In the amount of$44,935.00. <br /> Council Member Olson yarded that the budget amount remaining is <br /> $17,000.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> MemberRoberts who was excused. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED-NORTH CREEK LOW FLOW <br /> AUGMENTATION PROJECT.PHASE 3 <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.1 to the <br /> professional services agreement with Murray,Smith and Associates <br /> for the North Creek Low Flow Augmentation Project,Phase 3,which <br /> 29 <br />
