March 1 200 <br /> SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE-BIO%IDE <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher,seconded by Council <br /> Member Nielsen to adopt Resolution No.6124 waiving public bidding <br /> requirements and approving a sole source purchase of support and <br /> maintenance for bioside from Siemens Water Technologies in the <br /> estimated amount of 5307,861,including Washington State sales tax. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Roberts and Gipson who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—EMERGENCY MEDICAL SFRVICES <br /> Moved by Council Member Aflholter,seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to authorize the Mayor to sign the Fire Department Services <br /> agreement between the City of Everett and Global Spectrum for <br /> emergency medical services and/or fire prevention services at <br /> Comcast Events Center. <br /> Coy Attorney Jim Iles requested that City Coundl authorize the Rem <br /> subject to the attorneys office making a slight revision to the Indemnity <br /> language. <br /> Rot was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Roberts and Gipson who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—PO1 ICE TRAININ <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to authorize the Mayor to sign the use agreement between the <br /> City of Arlington and City of Everett regarding use of the Hadley Hall <br /> 72 <br />
