He remarked that the river has not been <br /> adequately investigated and requested that the council postpone their <br /> dedslon for six months. <br /> Glen Bachman,433 Crown Ddve,spoke in support of the proposed site <br /> development. <br /> Bob Mueller,OINerMcMlllan,addressed ciozen comments regarding a <br /> community center and flooding. <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Gipson to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.0803-05 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE rezoning Everett Riverfront District properties <br /> from M-1 (Office and Industrial Park) and C-2 (Heavy <br /> Commercial/Light Industrial)to Waterfront Commercial and <br /> approving a Planned Development Overlay Zone and a <br /> Development Agreement for the Oliver/McMillan Development <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher that this is declared to be the third and final reading of <br /> Council Bill No.0903-05. <br /> 79 <br />
