June 3,2009 <br /> Landmark Structures for the Casino Elevated West Tank project In <br /> the amount of$250,000.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—RECOVERED WATER OUTFALL <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts,seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher to authorize the Mayor to sign the 2009 Drinking Water <br /> State Revolving Fund Loan,Agreement No.DM09.952-032,for the <br /> Recovered Water Outfall project at the Everett Water Filtration Plant <br /> in the amount of$3,030,000.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> President Ration indicated that he omitted a citizen who signed up to <br /> speak regarding agenda item 2. <br /> Bob Buse,Smith Street Mill,stated that he has received no information or <br /> contact from the city regarding the Snohomish Rivedront Trail(Phase II) <br /> and the 36e Street Railroad Crossing and how it might affect his properly. <br /> He indicated that he had been before the coy council previously regarding <br /> the impact of projects an his property. <br /> Council Member Olson questioned the need to reconsider agenda item <br /> no.2. <br /> Dongho Chang, Public Works, stated that this is a pedestrian <br /> improvement project which Includes sidewalks an Smith Street. <br /> Mr.Buse was agreeable to meeting with Dongho tomorrow regarding the <br /> project and any concerns. <br /> 198 <br />
