• <br /> i <br /> June 24,2009 <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill <br /> No.0905-18 and the City Clerk is directed to call the roll for the final <br /> disposition of the ordinance. <br /> AYES: Olson,Haller,Gipson,Nielsen,Stonecipher, <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: Roberts,Affholter <br /> Ordinance No.3130-09 adopted. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—ANNUAL TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT <br /> PROGRAM UPDATE <br /> President Ha9oe opened a public hearing regarding the annual <br /> Transportation Improvement Program(TIP)update 2010-2015. <br /> Richard Tany,Engineering Services,explained that each year the city is <br /> required by stale law to update and adopt Its se year Transportation <br /> Improvement Program.The Transportation Improvement Program lists all <br /> anticipated projects for six years,2010—2015.The four new projects that <br /> have been added are:Broadway Bridge Replacement the Downtown <br /> Streetscape Improvements; the Traffic Signal Central Controller <br /> Replacement;and Transtt—the Smart Bus Technology.This has been <br /> presented to the Council of Neighborhoods,the Transportation Advisory <br /> Committee and the Planning Commission.The Transportation Advisory <br /> Committee and the Planning Commission recommend adoption of this <br /> TIP. <br /> President Hadoe asked for citizen comments.No one responded. <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Roberts and Abholler who were excused. <br /> •Motion carried. <br /> 188 <br />
