June 24,2009 <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—KEY BANK BUILDING SHELL <br /> IMPROVEMENTS <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher to authorize the Meyer to sign an amendment to extend <br /> the professional services agreement with Dykeman Architects P.S. <br /> for the Key Bank Building Shell Improvements Project dated <br /> November 7,2007 until December 31,2011. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Gipson and Harlon who voted no and Council Members Roberts <br /> and Afiholter who were excused. <br /> M000n carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—DOWNTOWN PLAZA DESIGN <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher,seconded by Council <br /> Member Nielsen to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.2 to <br /> the professional services agreement with Nakano Associates for <br /> design of the Downtown Plaza at the Everett Performing Ads Center. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Gipson and Hatloe who voted no and Council Members Roberts <br /> and Attholter who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.0908-16 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project <br /> entitled"Everett Mall Way Traffic Signal Safety Enhancement", <br /> Fund 303,Program 083,to accumulate all costs for the <br /> improvement project <br /> 187 <br />
