September 9,2009 <br /> BID CALL-2010 BIOSOLIDS REMOVAL <br /> To authorize a call for bids for the 2010 Biosolids Removal Project. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Roberts and Gipson who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> •CALREDEV_e PMENT AUTHOR TY FOR OSWALD A-MY <br /> RESERVE CENTER <br /> President Hatloe announced that the city of Everett has been designated <br /> as the local redevelopment authority responsible for planning the reuse of <br /> the David P.Oswald Army Reserve Center which was declared surplus by <br /> the federal govemment last year. <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Affholter,to establish the seven city council members and the mayor <br /> as the decision making body of the local redevelopment authority <br /> (LRA)and the city council president as the president of the LRA <br /> Board. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Roberts and Gipson who were excused <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The city council meeting ressed for a meeting of the Local <br /> Redevelopment Authority of the City of Everett and then reconvened. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—OSWALD ARMY RFSERVE CENTER PROPERTY <br /> Testimony given during the Local Redevelopment Authodys public <br /> hearing regarding the Oswald Army Reserve Center Property Disposition <br /> is considered part of this record and is as follows: <br /> 1 1 <br /> 256 <br />
