September 9,2009 <br /> Gerry Ervine,Planning Department,presented an overview of the property <br /> and a summary of the planning process for the reuse of the Oswald Army <br /> Reserve Center. <br /> Joe Wilson,Margaret Breland,June Robinson,Teresa Milligan,Janet <br /> Duncan,Bud Alkire,and Kathy Christensen spoke In support of the <br /> proposed reuse plan.No one spoke in opposition to the reuse plan. <br /> RESOLUTION—OSWALD ARMY RESERVE CENTER PROPERTY <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Affholter to adopt Resolution No.6184 regarding the disposition of <br /> the Oswald Army Reserve Center property. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Robeds and Gipson who were excused <br /> • Motion carded. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.0908-28 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving the appropriations of the 2009 <br /> revised City of Everett budget and amending Ordinance No. <br /> 312409 <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member Nielsen <br /> that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill No. <br /> 0908-28 and the City Clerk is directed to call the roll for the final <br /> disposition of the ordinance. <br /> AYES: Olson,Ratios,Nielsen,Stonecipher,Afiholter <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: Roberts,Gipson <br /> Ordinance No.3143-09 adopted. <br /> 257 <br />
